STUDENT LIFE
The college desires to see its students grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. So it encourages the daily early morning chapel services, students are given opportunity to preach and to lead worship services. Students conduct family prayers after the night studies every day. Renowned Leaders are invited for spiritual emphasis weeks and the Holy Communion is observed every semester.
SPIRTUAL STANDARD
The desire and interest of the College Board is to see its students achieve the mission statement. A variety of programmers are maintained to foster their spiritual growth in and out of the college campus.
EDUCATIONAL STANDARD
Classes are designed to give the students a sound knowledge of the Bible, Theology, Church History, Christian Ethics, World Religion, Church Growth, Evangelism, Homiletics, Missions and other ministry related subjects.
MINISTRIES
Students are encouraged to involve in pioneering ministries, Sunday school, church ministries with the help of the District Churches. They are also sent as teams to new places in the district, nearby district and even to north India for personal evangelism, open-air preaching, literature ministry and church ministry during summer holidays.
PHYSICAL LIFE
To keep up the physical fitness the students are encouraged for regular games and sports activities.
STUDENT ORGANIZATION
The student Body council is organized to provide opportunities for the development of student leadership. Besides the elected class representatives, the student Body council consists of the student Body President, and Evangelism Chairman who are appointed under the supervision of the Dean of students and Chaplain.
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
Southern Bible College has an Alumni Association which is guided by the college administration and functions under the Public Relation Director with a goal to maintain and strengthen the fellowship of old graduates.
A student becomes a member of the Association at the time of his graduation. The Association also maintains an alumni fund through the contribution of the Alumni for the benefit of needy Alumni and College students.
