Graduation Requirements
— The final examination alone is not the criterion in evaluating a student in any subject. Attendance, home work, library research, monthly tests and class assignments and maturity of the student are also considered.
–To get a pass in a particular subject one must obtain a minimum of 55% (C-) grade.
— To graduate in the course one must maintain an average 70% over the semesters. Anyone falling short will receive a suitable certificate.
–Students are required to submit the exit evaluation under the following areas: Academic, ministry and Campus life.
Academics:
- Completion of the Pre-Theology course (B.Th. Students)
- Fulfilling the required credits.
- Maintaining a grade average of not less than “C-” average.
- Passing a written comprehensive examination [not applicable to Dip.Th and C.Th)
Student Life
The student life will be evaluated by the dean of students in areas like character formation, interpersonal relationship, spiritual maturity and social maturity.
Ministry
The student’s performance in the chapel services, week-end ministry, and summer time ministry will be assessed through observations and supervisions by ministry officials.
Degrees will be given in three divisions
First class 3.3 to 4.0
Second class 2.3 to 3.0
Third class 1.3 to 2.0
Recommendation of the faculty
The students will be presented as eligible for graduation upon the recommendation of the faculty. Faculty recommendation is based on the results and final exit interview by faculty teams.
